1. Introduction

When someone enters Sennia, they do not only access a website. They enter a digital environment that needs to remember certain things in order to function correctly. This Cookie Policy explains what technologies we use, why we use them and how you can manage them.

The website www.sennia.io is owned by Sennia Global Technologies S.L., with tax ID B26596502 and tax address in Barcelona, Spain. For any query related to this policy, you may write to protecciondedatos@sennia.io.

This policy has been prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 and the current guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Its main function is to allow the environment to remember information about your visit, such as a logged-in session or certain preferences.

The current implementation uses necessary cookies so authentication and sessions can operate securely.

Cookies are not computer programs and do not access information stored on your device by themselves. They simply allow the website to function with greater stability and consistency.

3. What types of cookies Sennia uses

In the current technical configuration, Sennia uses only technical or necessary cookies for authentication, security and session management.

Technical or necessary cookies allow the basic operation of the website, session management, authentication and security of the environment. These cookies do not require consent because they are essential for providing the requested service.

The public site and dashboard currently do not activate optional analytics, advertising or personalization cookies. If they are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and prior consent will be requested where required.

When you access external services, such as the Stripe-hosted payment page, those providers may apply their own technologies and policies on their domains.

4. Cookie details

The updated list of cookies used on the website is set out below. This table may be modified when technical changes occur in the Sennia ecosystem.

The application currently uses the following necessary first-party cookies:

CookieProviderTypePurposeDuration
refresh_token (configurable name)SenniaTechnical/authenticationSecurely maintain and renew the signed-in sessionUp to 30 days, depending on configuration
sl_google_oauth_*SenniaTechnical/authenticationTemporarily protect Google sign-in or registration10 minutes

5. Consent and configuration

The current implementation does not activate optional cookies and therefore does not display a cookie-consent panel. Necessary cookies are used only when accessing features that require authentication or session security.

Before activating a non-essential cookie in the future, Sennia will update this policy and provide the consent mechanism required at that time.

6. Browser management

You may delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Each browser has its own management mechanisms. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or session renewal.

7. How to manage your cookies

Sennia currently does not use optional cookies, so there is no cookie-preferences banner or panel.

You can delete or block necessary cookies in your browser settings, bearing in mind that doing so may prevent sign-in or session renewal.

Below are official links for managing cookies in the main browsers:

Please note that some cookies are necessary for the site to work properly. If you choose to disable them, certain features may not be available or may not operate normally.

At Sennia we believe that digital transparency is part of respecting those who trust our environment.

8. Updates

Technology evolves, and so do legal obligations. Sennia may update this Cookie Policy when necessary to reflect technical or legal changes. The version published on the website will always be the current version.

Understanding how the digital environment works is part of technological literacy. At Sennia we believe transparency is part of that education.

9. Additional information
