1. Nature of the service

Sennia is a digital ecosystem designed for teachers. It is not only a technology platform, but a professional environment that integrates artificial intelligence assistants and digital tools intended to facilitate pedagogical, organizational and educational management tasks.

Access to and use of Sennia implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between Sennia Global Technologies S.L., with tax ID B26596502 and tax address in Barcelona, Spain, and each user who accesses the service.

Sennia was born from the conviction that supporting teachers strengthens the heart of the education system.

It is not just a technological tool, but an ecosystem created to reduce workload, organize work and give time back to those who sustain the classroom through presence and support.

Our commitment is not only pedagogical, but also legal. Sennia's activity is carried out in accordance with Spanish and European Union law applicable to digital services and user protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer and user protection.

For us, complying with regulations is not a formality, but a way to sustain trust. Innovation only makes sense when built on responsibility, transparency and respect.

2. Access and registration

To use the ecosystem, users must create a personal account by registering with name and email address. During setup, professional information will be requested, such as educational stage, from 0-3 to vocational education, or territory by autonomous community, solely so that users can access assistants according to the regulatory context corresponding to their profile.

The user, usually a teacher and always an adult, undertakes to provide truthful information and maintain the confidentiality of access credentials.

The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing it with third parties or allowing it to be used by anyone other than the account holder is expressly prohibited.

If shared, fraudulent or contrary use is detected, Sennia may temporarily or permanently suspend or cancel the account, without prejudice to any actions that may apply under applicable regulations.

Our goal is not to restrict, but to protect the sustainability of the service and guarantee fair use for the entire community.

3. Plans and subscriptions

At Sennia you can choose the option that best fits you or your educational center.

Monthly individual plan: for one person and one email address. It has no commitment period and may be cancelled at any time.

Annual individual plan: also for one person and one email address. It is contracted for a full year from the activation date.

Educational centers plan: designed for teams from the same educational center. It requires a minimum of 5 licenses, 5 people from the same educational center, and is contracted annually. Use of a corporate email address is recommended to identify each educational center.

The price and characteristics of each plan are expressly shown on the website before subscription confirmation.

Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period, monthly or annual, unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, users can go to their profile and select the option “cancel subscription”.

Payment is managed through Stripe, an external secure payment gateway.

Cancellation: subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from the user profile. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are made for remaining time, unless the law provides otherwise.

We want you to stay at Sennia because it is useful, not because leaving is complicated.

4. Trial period

Sennia offers a free 7-day trial period. During this period, the user will have access to the features available in the selected modality.

If you cancel before the trial ends, billing does not begin. At the end of the 7 days, a charge can begin only when a valid payment method is available; if none is available, the current Stripe configuration cancels the subscription at trial end and does not make an automatic charge. The user can cancel from the dashboard or billing portal.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

The assistants integrated into Sennia use artificial intelligence technologies to generate proposals, drafts or guidance content. These results do not replace the teacher's professional judgment and do not constitute binding legal or regulatory advice.

Although assistants are trained with specific regulatory frameworks, artificial intelligence always requires the judgment, sensitivity and professional responsibility of those who use it.

The user is responsible for reviewing, adapting and validating any generated content before applying it in an educational context. Sennia will not be responsible for pedagogical, administrative or academic decisions made based on the use of assistants.

6. Appropriate use of the service

Use of the platform must comply with the law, good faith and the educational purpose of the service. It is not permitted to use Sennia for unlawful purposes, infringe third-party rights, enter personal data without legitimacy or perform actions that compromise system security or stability.

If you would like to know how Sennia processes personal data, please visit our Privacy Policy.

Sennia may suspend or cancel access in the event of serious or repeated breach of these conditions.

7. Intellectual property

The technological architecture, environment design, Sennia brand, texts and assistants form part of the intellectual property of Sennia Global Technologies S.L. or are used under the corresponding licenses.

The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, exclusively for the user's own professional purposes within the educational field. Reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of the service outside the established terms is not authorized.

8. Limitation of liability

Sennia adopts reasonable technical measures to guarantee service operation, but cannot ensure uninterrupted availability or the absolute absence of technical errors or external incidents.

Sennia's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, excluding indirect damage or damage arising from use of the service that is not a direct consequence of a serious breach by the company.

9. Modifications

Sennia may modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary to adapt them to regulatory, technical or service model changes. Modifications will be published on the website and also sent by email to users, and will apply from publication.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
